Learning Portfolio Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Product Manager to oversee the development and impact of a comprehensive portfolio of learning products for Oliver Wyman firm service employees.
About the Role: As a Senior Learning Product Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Firm to align business and talent priorities, identify learning needs, define learning strategies, develop and enhance a portfolio of learning interventions, and measure outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business and talent priorities.
- Conduct needs analysis among internal employees to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with consulting and human capital teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and development plans.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of learning products using data and analytics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Learning Product Management, talent management, organizational development, strategic consulting, or similar roles.
- Experience of translating business requirements to talent and learning development solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of products.
- A Master's degree in Business, organizational development, design, human resources, finance, or a related field.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
