{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As a key member of our depot operations, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of powered access machines. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will work closely with our customers to ensure their machines are in top condition.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of machines at client premises and at depot, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's specifications and company policies.
* Repair machines at depot or on site, adhering to manufacturer's specifications and company policies.
* Complete planned maintenance activities, including maintaining the appearance of the fleet to corporate standards.
* Handover machines to customers, providing training on safe machine operation and ensuring a high standard of customer care.
* Accurately complete all relevant paperwork, including engineer's reports, off-hire, pre/delivery inspection, and service sheets.

Requirements:

* Relevant general engineering maintenance qualification, preferably to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
* Experience in diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics fault finding.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain a mature outlook.
* Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
