As the Chef Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial aspects of our school catering facility. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality food and service while showcasing your flair and originality. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the kitchen team, fostering a culture of motivation and growth.
• Managing stock, food, and labor costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintaining consistency in food and service standards for students and staff.
• Driving sales through promotions and added-value events.
• Overseeing menu development and ensuring compliance with company systems and procedures.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure standards are met.

We seek an individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. Key requirements include:

• OND or HND qualification (advantageous but not essential).
• Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales targets.
• Line management experience.
• Experience in a similar environment.
