Associate Director

Marmion is seeking an ambitious and strategic leader to drive the growth of our Contentious Quantity Surveying consultancy in Leeds. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our team, aligning our brand with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative strategies to resolve disputes and claims effectively.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of contentious quantity surveying services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying; a master's in construction law or similar would be preferable.
- Strong experience and exposure to a variety of construction claims and contentious support.
- Professional qualifications and chartership - MRICS, RICS, CIArb, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of contentious quantity surveying practices, methodologies, and industry standards.
