Requirements:

  • Experienced people manager with a track record of coaching and welfare
  • Commercial awareness and good knowledge of KPI management
  • Experience of managing operational teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of continuous improvement principles
