Job Summary: As a Classroom Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to teachers, assist with lesson planning, and contribute to creating a productive learning environment. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support teachers in the classroom, helping to deliver engaging lessons and activities
  2. Contribute to lesson planning, preparation, and marking, ensuring consistency and quality
  3. Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, promoting student well-being and engagement
  4. Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
