Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Print and Copy Specialist to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working within Reprographics to take on a new challenge in a school environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for printing and copying documents as requested by staff, overseeing and ordering stationery and reprographics supplies, uploading security passes for pupils, staff and visitors to the system, and providing cover for the Reception and Facilities teams as necessary.

About the Role

This is a fixed term contract lasting 9-12 months, working 5 days per week in the school and outside of term-time. The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Reprographics, with good IT skills, including MS Office (word and outlook), and excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Print and copy documents as requested by staff
• Oversee and order stationery and reprographics supplies
• Upload security passes for pupils, staff and visitors to the system
• Provide cover for the Reception and Facilities teams as necessary
• Arrange repairs of reprographics equipment with external contractors
• Frank all outgoing post and sort for collection
• Update system with new joiners and leavers

Requirements

• Previous experience working within Reprographics
• Experience working within a school or college (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
• Ability to use own initiative
• Good experience with using photocopiers and printers
• Good IT skills, including MS Office (word and outlook)
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
