Reception Teacher

Wayman Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a brilliant school in a supportive team of educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development.
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour.

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
  • Passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
