About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a Postperson, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the UK, working independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers across the UK, following a set route and schedule
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to safety and security protocols
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, working in a variety of weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use a handheld device
