The Role:
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new assignments.
- Work with fee earners to develop individual client plans to deliver a service that meets all client needs and identifies areas of opportunity within each client account.
- Lead a strategic and planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing collateral and execute business development strategies.
- Perform other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a business development role within a professional services firm.
- Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and other related marketing materials.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
- Effectively manage assigned workload independently while delivering accurate and high standard of work.
