The successful candidate will collaborate with Partners and Associates to develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position the firm as a leading group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive individual to join the dynamic field of construction and real estate law.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new assignments.
  • Work with fee earners to develop individual client plans to deliver a service that meets all client needs and identifies areas of opportunity within each client account.
  • Lead a strategic and planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing collateral and execute business development strategies.
  • Perform other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a business development role within a professional services firm.
  • Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and other related marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
  • Effectively manage assigned workload independently while delivering accurate and high standard of work.
