Job Title: Project Leader – Submarine Support

Location: Barrow in Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Starting from £45,628 – depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Information Management Systems supporting the Dreadnought programme
  • Deliver the Information Knowledge Management Programme, supporting the delivery of the roadmap to ensure delivery of the programme's capability improvement
  • Manage IT Projects, Service Portal requests and Incidents/Issues. IT development and Continuous Improvement
  • Support collaborative Enterprise Architecture planning and the establishment of common data models to enable effective information sharing
  • Report into business meetings, Risk Reviews, LfE reviews, Data Management Council and DN Digital Workstreams

Requirements:

  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ, Prince2, etc)
  • Proven experience in Project Management in either Information Technology, Technical Architecture, Data Management or Digital Backbone/Digital Thread
  • Experience working in a highly governed or multi-disciplined environment
  • Ability to apply analysis and problem-solving techniques to reach fast and effective solutions
  • Previous leadership experience
