We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a Fire Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fire safety across our hospitals in the Mansfield area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage regular maintenance, testing, and internal audits to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance databases and administrative systems.
- Provide training and advice to colleagues on fire safety procedures and best practices.
- Lead Authorized Person for all aspects of fire safety and undergo AP training as required.
- Ensure asset information and PPM schedules are kept current and reflected within the maintenance program.
- Complete project work within policies and procedures to ensure costs are controlled and recovered.
- Experience in fire safety, compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to drive and travel between hospitals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
