About the Role:
As a Personal Care Specialist at Stick Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our service users. This includes providing support with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans that cater to each service user's unique needs and preferences.
- Deliver high-quality care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Promote a culture of excellence, respect, and empathy in all interactions with service users and colleagues.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
