Salesforce Software Engineer

About the Role:
Vitality is seeking a skilled Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team. As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining Salesforce and its associated integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the software development life cycle, including building, maintaining, testing, delivering, releasing, and documenting user-friendly and customer-centric software solutions.
- Deliver to standards by understanding, adhering to, and applying Vitality's defined technical and process standards.
- Provide integrated solutions that are user-focused, strategically aligned, and effectively integrated across multiple teams and platforms.
- Engage stakeholders by collaborating, working with, and developing an understanding of the needs and requests of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and transfer skills and knowledge by taking responsibility for developing personal skills and expertise aligned to the role.
- Collaborate within and across teams to achieve the required results.
Essential Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
- Experience with Agile Software delivery (SCRUM).
- Practical experience configuring Salesforce (coded and declarative).
- Strong knowledge in Salesforce Administration including security model (permissions & sharing).
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Aura, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Experience with integrating with 3rd party applications using REST API's and middleware.
