Your Responsibilities

As a Retail Support Associate at Holland & Barrett, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and promote our products. You will maintain a high level of store standards and assist with visual merchandising.

You will also complete our comprehensive training programme to become qualified to advise customers on our products. This includes knowledge of our monthly colleague incentives and how to effectively promote our key items.

The ideal candidate will have basic IT skills to use our in-store technology and a passion for customer service and health and wellness. Estimated salary: £12,000 - £15,000 per annum based on 10 hours per week.
