Product Specialist (Switchgear & Control)

The ideal candidate is technically proficient in control and switchgear products and excels in problem-solving and communication.
The Role:

  • Provided expert technical advice and support on a wide range of industrial control and switchgear products.
  • Responded to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Diagnosed and resolved technical issues on-site and remotely.


The Person:

  • Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and theory.
  • Familiarity with control systems, switchgear, and distribution products.

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
