About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
- Provide safe and effective medication management
- Deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
