About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our proposals team as a Proposal Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality proposals and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of the bid process, from opportunity identification to handover to operations
  • Prepare high-quality EOI / PQQ responses, proposals, tender submissions, and presentations
  • Contribute to administering the shared mailbox and managing opportunity notifications
  • Coordinate the decision-making process for each proposal
  • Contribute to win strategies and storyboard development
  • Ensure the governance process and company procedures are followed for every bid
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a bid environment in any industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at different levels
  • Ability to develop relationships and trust with co-workers, peers, and leadership team
  • Sound knowledge of the bid process and bid best practice
  • Ability to be creative in both writing and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
