Job Summary

We are looking for a nurturing and supportive individual to provide high levels of care to our children and young people. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering best-in-class specialist services and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our service users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to children and young people
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of our service users
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Over 21 years old
  • Essential qualifications and training
