Job Title: Motion Capture Sales Specialist

Location: Central London (near Oxford Street)

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + commission + company share options/equity, based on work experience, transferable skills, and business needs

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Move AI. As a key member, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and lead generation tools.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to determine fit and potential.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and product positioning.

Your Expertise:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the animation or creative industry, particularly with B2B SaaS products, is a plus.
