**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Reading. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with candidates and clients, building new business relationships, and servicing client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Cold Calling**: Engage with clients and candidates to identify new business opportunities.
  • **Business Development**: Build new business relationships with external companies to expand our client base.
  • **Candidate Sourcing**: Find suitable candidates for client vacancies and screen them to ensure they meet the client's requirements.
  • **Interview Management**: Arrange interviews between candidates and clients and manage the candidate through the process.
  • **Client Management**: Book and attend client meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
  • **Post-Offer Communication**: Manage communication between candidates and clients after a job offer has been made.
