Litho Print Minder Role for Blayze Unguem Ltd
We are seeking an experienced Litho Print Minder to join our team at Blayze Unguem Ltd, a leading provider of innovative print, packaging and labelling solutions. Our Northants HQ is the perfect location for this exciting opportunity.
As a skilled Litho Print Minder, you will have a proven track record of experience in the Litho Print arena, with comprehensive understanding and operating experience on Komori presses. Alternatively, we welcome applications from those with Heidelberg or KBA press operating experience who are willing to undertake additional training. You will be responsible for the productivity, efficiency and quality operation of our newly installed Komori CD presses.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong focus on quality production and driving world-class manufacturing techniques. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a pro-active approach to working within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of three years' experience in Litho / UV print production
- An engaged personality and excellent team-working ethic
- Diligent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The role involves weekly rotating double day shifts, with no requirement for weekend or night shifts. However, there may be opportunities for overtime. Reporting to the Litho Production Manager, this position offers a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience) and excellent additional benefits.
