Vetisco is seeking an experienced Animal Welfare Assistant Manager to join our team in Beckenham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and care within our practice.

In this role, you will lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion and respect among our team members and clients. You will also be responsible for managing staff performance, developing training programs, and implementing policies to enhance animal welfare.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of animal behavior and welfare principles.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
