Group Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Accountant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements for internal and external entities
- Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide technical and reporting support to the group on mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with senior financial management to drive business performance and improvement
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with broad technical knowledge and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and data modeling
- Ambitious and keen interest in the business world
