Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Expert to join our team. This role involves delivering ambitious and highly technical projects in 118 offices and 47 countries worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in Facilities Management procurement, benchmarking, contract and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance measurement
  • Operational and minor works project support

The successful candidate will work with FTSE 250 companies and large public sector institutions, interacting with client stakeholders from operational to executive levels.

Requirements:

  • FH Contract and performance management experience, including writing service specifications, key performance indicators and other contract documents.
  • Experience of building construction, FM operations, operational readiness and service mobilisation is beneficial.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

The role can be based in any of our UK offices, but the individual must be flexible in working location, including overnight stays, and work across the UK and beyond when required.
