**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage email inboxes and respond to new home inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data collation and management.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and administrative processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with confidential data and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Dynamic 365 is a plus.
