Job Description

As an Early Years Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong parent-carer partnerships, ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and contribute to a positive and happy environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging. Strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, and knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements are essential.
