Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Hawkesbury Place development in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire.
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
About You- You will be a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
- You will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support to older people.
- You will be able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- You will be driven to continue to grow your skills and will want to lead by example and think on your feet.
As a Care Supervisor at McCarthy Stone, you will benefit from a range of rewards and benefits, including:
- A competitive base salary of £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (night rate), plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
- A 33.5 hour week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, weekday and weekends available.
