Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join our client's team based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and diagnosing faults on smoke ventilation systems across commercial and domestic settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission smoke ventilation systems on a commercial and domestic basis
  • Carry out maintenance tasks, including testing electrical products and identifying potential issues
  • Represent the company on-site and collaborate with Commissioning Engineers and Senior Commissioning Engineers
  • Manage work schedules and complete paperwork as required
  • Travel throughout the UK to meet client needs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • JIB/ECS card holder
  • PASMA/IPAF certification
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • 2391 certification
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in smoke ventilation
  • Familiarity with multiple manufacturers' equipment (Colt, SCS, FDS, SE Controls)
