Special Care Dentistry Lead

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Community Special Care Dentist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality oral health care to patients with special needs, working collaboratively with the oral health promotion team and educational staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality oral health care to patients with special needs.
- Supervise and instruct junior dentists and dental care professionals.
- Collaborate with the oral health promotion team and educational staff to promote community outreach programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, registration on the specialist list for Special Care Dentistry/Paediatric Dentistry, and experience treating patients under General Anesthesia or intravenous sedation. A full registration with the GDC and completed vocational training or equivalence are essential.
The estimated salary for this role is around £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
