The Headteacher will work with a dedicated staff team, supporting their continued professional development and maintaining Lincewood's high standards of teaching and learning within a holistic approach to education.

We are looking for an inspirational educator who can demonstrate that they hold our ethos of Inclusion, Curiosity, Aspiration, Resilience, and Enthusiasm in high regard. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaborative skills and self-awareness in order to foster constructive relationships with children, parents/carers, governors, members of the Trust, and the wider community.

Apart from the standard salary range £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, we can offer a warm and nurturing school environment, extensive grounds and outdoor areas, strong and positive partnerships with schools within the Cresco MAT, and access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
