Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a Care and Support Professional to join our team at OakGar Recruitment. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
The successful candidate will have a friendly, caring approach and a genuine desire to help others. They will be able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and possess a professional, reliable, and flexible attitude.
In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £18,000-£20,000 per annum, paid holidays, free training, regular support and supervisions, support for Health and Social Care Qualifications, and a contribution towards company pension scheme.
As an Enablement Specialist, you will work on behalf of a specialist care organisation in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Your activities will vary from daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, travel escorts, and teaching independent living skills.
