Extrusion Operator

XCL Management Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled Extrusion Setter to join our client's production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading plastic extrusion and injection moulding manufacturer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new jobs, prepping machinery, and loading polymer mixes. They will also be responsible for quality checking mouldings and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
We are looking for someone with past experience in a similar role, good knowledge of extrusion moulding, and excellent communication skills. Ideally, the candidate will have their own transport and be able to work a 4-day week.

Key Responsibilities:- Set up new jobs and prepping machinery
