Role Responsibility
- To provide exceptional service and care to all Broadgate employees and visitors, adhering to service level agreements and established policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner, with a friendly smile and eye contact, according to defined procedures.
- Proactively gather information and feedback from customers to enhance their experience.
- Maintain awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
- Address enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, via various channels.
- Communicate issues and complaints to the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager, and Contract Manager for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the team, listening to and following instructions from senior team members and colleagues to ensure daily tasks are completed.

The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure a safe workplace. Experience in managing a team, preferably in a customer-facing environment, is highly desirable.
