We are seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at National Locums. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent and be able to assist with the triage of dermatology referrals as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the triage of dermatology referrals
  • Undertake investigations, diagnose conditions, and recommend treatments
  • Refer patients to Senior Consultant Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, or Dermatology Specialist Nurses when necessary
  • Work in conjunction with and support the dermatology nurse specialist through joint review of patients

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent
  • Ability to see general dermatology patients directly referred by GPs
  • Ability to undertake investigations, diagnose conditions, and recommend treatments

Pay Rates:

Pay rates start from £800 per day and go up to £2500 per day. As most of this work is private clinic-led, you will be paid via your limited company, umbrella or self-employed.
