Key Responsibilities
  • Work Hand in Hand with Estate Agency Colleagues to Maximize Mortgage and Protection Sales
  • Deliver Industry-Leading Levels of Client Care and Service
  • Advise on and Arrange Residential Mortgages, Buy to Let Mortgages, Remortgages, and Product Transfers
  • Work with and Provide Feedback to Residential Team
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP Qualified or Equivalent
  • Banking or Financial Background Preferred but Not Essential
  • Minimum of 1 Year's Sales Experience
  • Positive and Resilient Attitude
  • Naturally Driven to Reach and Exceed Goals
  • Organized, Self-Motivated, and a Team Player
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Numerate and Detail Conscious
