Educational Support Role
We are seeking a skilled Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Bebington. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of young children, fostering a love of learning and promoting social-emotional development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct phonics, spelling, reading, and writing sessions for small groups or individuals
* Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to diverse learning styles
* Provide individualized support to children with SEN, adapting plans as needed to ensure optimal progress
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
* Develop strong relationships with parents and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and progress tracking

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 CACHE qualification in Childcare or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
* Proven experience working with children, preferably within a primary school or private nursery setting
* Passion for education and commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities
