Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cut Crease Operator to join our team at Coveris Group. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-speed cutting machines and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective handover communication with previous Operators on shift
- Achieve optimal machine speed targets while addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain proactive approach to ensure all necessary inputs are available for the next job
- Support and train new starters or personnel as required
- Carry out planned maintenance operator tasks bi-weekly and assist Engineers when necessary
Requirements:
Familiarity with Bobst 106 LER, Bobst 106 NOVACUT, or Iberica 106 is beneficial, but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.

Compensation Package:
The hourly pay rate is £12.11 - £15.85 per hour (dependent on experience) + £89.25 per week shift supplement, resulting in an estimated salary of approximately £24,600 - £31,900 per annum
