**About Us**

**The Role**

We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Part Time Host to work primarily on Saturdays. As a Host, you'll be the face of Marston's, greeting our guests, hosting, managing bookings, and helping with Social Media.

**What We're Looking For**

* Proven experience in a premium style business, working as a Host or similar role
* A self-starter who wants to make things happen and can deliver results
* A natural organiser & forward planner who can stay guest-focused during busy periods
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
* An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
* Be fun-loving, have a great character, and enjoy the culture that our industry offers
* The right candidate will be flexible for other peak trading days
