You'll work closely with our GM Product Design, Principal Designers, and Design Leadership Team to ensure our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of passionate designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them grow and develop in their careers.
• Collaborate with Product GMs and Engineering leaders to define product strategy, promote the value of design, and ensure quality of relationship and work product.
• Partner with the Design Leadership Team to cultivate a vibrant team culture, work on strategies, problem solve, and respond to team or organisational needs.
• Identify and prioritise future roles based on team workload, wellbeing, development, and business priorities.

• You're leading a thriving, productive, and connected team of designers.
• You're enabling your team to continually challenge themselves to grow and develop in their relationship skills, design expertise, and career.
