Senior Store Manager at Emilia Wickstead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Flagship Boutique on Sloane Street. As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Established in 2012, Emilia Wickstead is a luxury fashion brand renowned for its bespoke and ready-to-wear collections. Our Flagship Boutique on Sloane Street offers an intimate and inspiring environment for clients to explore our world-class designs.

Job Description:

  • Manage the Flagship Boutique, overseeing daily operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Lead a small team, motivating and developing them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, building brand loyalty and maximizing new sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Oversee stock management, including stock counts, re-stocking, and end-of-season send-backs.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation standards and ensure the boutique's tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
  • Demonstrate empowerment to solve customer problems and meet their needs.
  • Effectively report sales, KPIs, and store updates to senior management and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' management experience in a luxury, ready-to-wear, and bespoke environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • An energetic nature, motivating and empowering the team.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven.
  • A positive team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Knowledge of garment construction/design is beneficial.
  • Industry awareness and strong knowledge of market trends.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
