Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained at our Ingredients site in Omagh, Co. This role involves monitoring and verifying quality control checks, carrying out GMP audits, and managing customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications by monitoring and verifying quality control checks.
  • Conduct regular GMP audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collate and analyze customer complaint data to inform corrective actions.
  • Provide training to operatives on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Complete tasks as defined in the quality management and HACCP system.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Food Related Qualification or equivalent experience. IT literacy and previous experience in a food processing or retail-packing environment are essential. Knowledge of red meat products is also beneficial.

Compensation: £32,000 - £42,000 per year
