About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Assistant to join our central digital team at Saga. As a Digital Content Assistant, you will be responsible for publishing pre-written articles, interviews, and other creative content to our Sitecore platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately move pre-written articles, interviews, and other creative content to our Sitecore platform.
  • Schedule content changes in the CMS for the Saga Magazine domain.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and can be published correctly to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively to the internal teams to resolve any site amends and bugs.
  • Be a contributing player in the digital team as we undertake this critical project and deliver to our deadline.
  • Be a CMS superuser; provide support and knowledge across the business of content change possibilities.
  • Work with the wider Digital team on the launch plan of new content.
  • Be the on-going QA and monitoring of website content and proper functionality.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for the digital content space and previous experience using a CMS platform. You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience of using content management systems.
  • Ability to use systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to make and maintain connections across the business.
  • Can work remotely – able to stay focussed and deliver on the daily task in hand.
