Public Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Specialist to join our team at Tezlom. As a Public Health Specialist, you will play a key role in providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.
The ideal candidate will have qualified home visitor experience with the use of Rio and templates, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to support changes.
In this rewarding role, you will attend child protection conferences, core groups, early help, mentoring, home visits, and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus. You will work closely with families to provide targeted support and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
