Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration/support function, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure storage and retrieval of documents.
- Plan, balance and prioritise team resources to meet business objectives and deadlines.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information.
- Take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to understand work prioritisation and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident approach to new ideas and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to lead a team, including guiding interns and providing guidance and support as needed.
- NVQ to level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience of Microsoft applications.
