Assessment Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an Examination Services Coordinator to join our team at Gi Group. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Further Education sector and possess strong organizational skills.
The role involves providing examinations and assessment services to staff and learners, ensuring timely and accurate management of registrations, assessments, and certificates. You will also be responsible for day-to-day site operations, including preparation and dispatch of entries to examination boards and coordination of exam timetabling.
As an Examination Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our exams process. You will be required to process Invigilator pay claims with attention to detail and high accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working in the Further Education sector.
- Strong knowledge of JCQ regulations and individual awarding organisation guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
