Job Title: Renal Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. You will work autonomously, assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide holistic care to patients undergoing haemodialysis
* Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

* Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in renal care or dialysis nursing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
