About the Role

The7stars is a dynamic and innovative media agency that is looking for a talented Senior Broadcast Executive to join their AV department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client positions and deliveries across TV, VOD, Cinema, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with media owners to implement campaign changes and ensure strong delivery.
  • Deliver clear campaign reporting and analysis, suitable for internal and external client teams.
  • Owning the delivery of the client you are managing, delivering against saleshouse deals, quality & audit targets, as well as rolling value and positions over an extended period of time.
  • Supporting more junior team members with day-to-day activities and training, such as booking, buying, and reporting campaigns.
  • Beginning to own the TV, VOD, Cinema, and YouTube planning of clients, learning to build AV strategies and present these to clients.

Requirements

  • You are likely to have Broadcast experience, be passionate, ambitious, and curious.
  • You will need to demonstrate: Experience in buying TV and VOD campaigns for a variety of clients, experience of audited buying is preferred.
  • Ability to identify campaign challenges, such as delivery issues, and find solutions to these challenges.
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to form relationships, and negotiate with, TV saleshouses.
  • Ability to work in a team.
