We are seeking an experienced IT Software Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Picture More. As an IT Software Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and optimizing the full software asset life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Software Assets: Ensure compliance and optimize the full software asset life cycle.
- Handle Azure Billing: Oversee and review Azure invoicing and subscription processes.
- Enhance Processes: Define and improve Software Asset Management procedures.
- Collaborate with Vendors: Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Conduct Audits: Regularly audit licenses and ensure software compliance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role.
- Experience renewing and purchasing software.
- Auditing and billing experience using Azure/Cloud software.
- Experience of tracking and managing software assets with an ITSM, e.g. ServiceNow.
- Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors and 3rd parties.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hybrid working - 2 days onsite, 3 days working remotely.
- Salary up to £40k + competitive benefits package.
