Job Details
  • You will work closely with Commercial Managers and various stakeholders to achieve budgeted commercial performance by creating and analysing MI to form recommendations to improve existing customer performance.
  • This involves bringing together data from disparate sources, joining and analysing them to generate insight.
  • You will be responsible for presenting back the analysis to stakeholders using verbal, written, and visual means.
  • The Commercial side of this role requires someone who is commercially minded, able to understand the levers that make the business perform at a macro and micro level.
  • This role often has competing projects and deadlines, so we need someone who can prioritise their workload accordingly.

Salary: Attractive salary based on experience (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum) with pay reviews completed annually.

Flexible Working: We champion a flexible and hybrid working approach, allowing you to split your time between home and office.

Competitive Bonus Scheme: Eligible for our annual 4Cs performance bonus, which is usually paid in March, based on Hastings' performance against our business goals and your own personal performance.
